Ivosights Launches New Digital Customer Engagement Platforms

Jakarta. Ivosights, a Jakarta-based software developer, recently introduced two products, Sociomile and Sociomation, designed to help brands connect and interact with their customers in a seamless way.

"Our company always strives to create an end-to-end customers engagement platform for our clients. Nowadays, everything can be done online and it's an honor to provide comprehensive solutions for brands to engage with their customers," Ivosights chief executive and co-founder, Elga Yulwardian, said during a press conference at Airobimo Sentral Building in South Jakarta on Wednesday (12/07).

Sociomile is a social customer service platform which has an omni-channel single ticketing dashboard for the clients to engage with the customers via Twitter, email, Facebook, Facebook Messenger, chat widgets, Instagram, LINE, SMS messages and VoIP phone services.

Elga said the platform will also help customers file complaints in just one click.

"We have learnt that most people file their complaints on social media rather than calling the customer service agents. Sociomile is designed to help [customer service agents] screen these complaints so they can get back to the customers faster."

Meanwhile, Sociomation is designed for companies to enhance their customer relationship management and customer experience management.

Sociomation utilizes a segmentation and scenario based automation system to retain customers through a rewards system and multi-channel gamification.

"As of now, we are the only local company that provides a customer engagement platform service that is integrated under one umbrella," Elga said.

The two products were a follow up to their 2015 crawling engine, Ripple 10, which helped companies understand their customer's sentiment pattern, provide customer analysis and monitors competitors streams.

"Ripple10 is a crawling engine that provides an online dashboard for monitoring the conversations of our client's brand on major digital channels such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, news portals and forums, including some national printed newspapers," Ega said.

Established in 2015, Ivosights has catered to big clients such as Indosat Oredoo, Bukalapak.com, Elevenia.com, Mustika Ratu, The Body Shop, Creative Economy Agency (Bekraf), blibli.com and Sigma Consulting.

With the rise of social media, Elga also said the company is in the process of creating a digital platform for public figures, celebrities and Instagram personalities so they can manage their social media accounts efficiently.

"We want to create a platform that can also be used not only by companies but also individuals like celebrities or public figures. I hope this will go according to our plan," Elga added.
