Operating 85 Post Telecommunication Service Monitoring Station during Idul Fitri, TelkomGroup Guards the 24 x 7 Prime Service

In order to ensure prime telecommunication services during Idul Fitri holidays, PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk (TelkomGroup) began operating 85 TelkomGroup Siaga 247 posts consisting of 1 national post, 9 subsidiary posts, 9 posts Functional division of TelkomGroup, 7 regional TelkomGroup posts and 59 regional posts throughout Indonesia, to monitor TelkomGroup's telecommunication infrastructure and services. The inauguration of the operation of TelkomGroup Siaga 247 post was conducted by Telkom Network & IT Solutions Director Zulhelfi Abidin in Jakarta, Monday (19/6).

Zulhelfi continued, monitoring of telecommunications infrastructure and services needs to be done to anticipate any interruption that could potentially reduce the quality of TelkomGroup services.
